AI literacy
Understanding what these systems do, where they are useful, and where their answers should not be trusted.
Our academy
Swiss NewEra began with children in Zürich. The question it answers does not stop at seventeen, so neither does the curriculum we are building.
What we are here to do
Mission
To equip people with the knowledge, emotional intelligence and practical skills to live safely, consciously and meaningfully in a digital world.
Vision
A world where technology enhances human potential without compromising human wellbeing.
These run through every stage. What changes from one age to the next is not the subject, but the question a person is actually asking.
Understanding what these systems do, where they are useful, and where their answers should not be trusted.
How to behave, and how to be treated, in shared online spaces. Privacy, evidence and the rights that come with both.
Screens, attention and time together, negotiated as a household rather than imposed on one member of it.
Who a tool serves, what it costs, and how to weigh that before adopting it.
Attention, comparison and pressure online, and the habits that keep a person steady in the middle of it.
Focus, boundaries and sustainable practice where technology is not optional but assigned.
Staying connected, capable and safe as everyday services move behind a screen.
Some of these run in the studio today. The rest are being written. We say which is which, so you always know what you can actually book.
Before a child can read, they can already swipe. The groundwork is play, attention and the difference between a screen and a room.
Our four pathways. Languages next to Python, creative work, life skills, and digital wellbeing running through every afternoon.
Identity, pressure and real tools. The age where judgment matters more than instruction, and where Gymnasium preparation sits alongside it.
Study, first work and independence, with technology that is now theirs to configure rather than something handed to them.
Evening sessions in the studio: screen habits, AI at home, and how to talk to your children about a world that changed after you grew up in it.
Professional development for the people who meet these questions in a classroom of twenty-four before anyone has agreed on the answer.
Focus, boundaries and AI in working life, for teams and for individuals who did not choose the tools they now depend on.
Confidence with the services that moved online, and the judgment to recognise a scam before it costs something.
The question the whole curriculum answers
How do human beings maintain agency, wellbeing, relationships and ethical judgment as technology becomes increasingly embedded in everyday life?
Where to start
The children's and adolescents' stages run as four pathways, one afternoon a week, in groups of never more than eight. The parents' stage runs as evening workshops, three times a term.
If a stage above is marked in development and you would use it, tell us. Demand is how we decide what to write next.
Ninety minutes at the back of a real session. CHF 45, credited in full if your child enrols.
