About us
The family academy for the AI era
We develop children who can communicate, create and lead, while remaining grounded, confident and human in a digital world.
Why we built it this way
Most after-school offers are a list of subjects. A parent picks coding, or art, or maths, and hopes it adds up to something. We organised the academy around three things children need instead: the ability to communicate, the ability to create, and the ability to lead.
That is why languages sit next to Python in the same pathway. A child who can explain their idea in three languages and build it on a machine is doing one thing, not two. It is also why digital well-being is not sold separately: it belongs in every afternoon, or it does not work.
We keep groups at eight children because everything above depends on a teacher who knows where each child is stuck. That is the constraint we design around.
Who are our instructors
Languages, creative arts and future skills are taught by the same team, which is why the pathways feel connected rather than bolted together. Every teacher holds a current first-aid certificate.
Gymivorbereitung, taught properly
The Zürich entrance exam tests three papers: Deutsch Textverständnis, Deutsch Aufsatz and Mathematik. We teach all three, in groups of five, or one to one.
Safeguarding, in plain terms
What an afternoon actually looks like
Ninety minutes is long enough for real work and a break. Chess, the reading club, board games, snack time and the end-of-project film are part of the afternoon, not extras you pay for.

What we hold to
Five commitments that decide how an afternoon here actually runs.
Awareness
Children learn to notice their own attention, and what a screen is doing to it.
Freedom
We teach them to think for themselves and defend a choice they have made.
Balance
Time on a screen and time off it. Mind, body, and the world outside the room.
Integrity
Honesty and respect, in the room and online. We say what we can actually teach.
Community
Eight children who know each other by name, and parents who may stay and watch.
Not a typical tutoring centre
We teach for a growth mindset: children learn that ability is built, not handed out. What they take away is creativity they can direct and the agency to use it — not a drilled run through this week's homework.
Future-ready programmes
Built for the world your child will actually work in, not the one the syllabus was written for.
Never more than eight
If we cannot staff a group at eight children per teacher, we do not run it.
Swiss values, global outlook
Rigour and punctuality, in a room where a dozen first languages are normal.

The Swiss NewEra approach
Digital well-being & human development
This runs through all three pathways, rather than being another subject you have to choose. There is nothing extra to add to the basket and nothing extra to pay.
