- Cybersecurity education

Enrollment and Registration
- Enrollment may require completion of registration forms and submission of accurate personal information.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided for minors.
- Fees for programs must be paid according to the payment terms communicated during registration.
Payment and Refund Policy
- All fees must be paid in full before the start of the program unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments are non-refundable except where Swiss New Era cancels a program.
- In cases of withdrawal by participants, refunds (if any) will be subject to our refund policy.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Show respect toward instructors, peers, and property.
- Follow classroom, online, or event rules provided by Swiss New Era staff.
- Refrain from disruptive, harmful, or offensive behavior.
Swiss New Era reserves the right to suspend or remove participants who violate this code of conduct.
Intellectual Property
- All content, including course materials, designs, logos, and digital resources, are the property of Swiss New Era unless otherwise stated.
- Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell any of our content without prior written consent.
- Student-created work remains the property of the student, though Swiss New Era may use anonymized samples for educational or promotional purposes with consent.
Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect and process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
- Personal data will only be used for enrollment, program delivery, and communication.
- Parents/guardians consent to the collection of minors’ data for educational purposes.
Liability Disclaimer
- Swiss New Era is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and well-being of minors outside of official program hours.
- While we provide a safe learning environment, we are not liable for accidents, injuries, or personal property loss during participation.
Technology Use
- For online programs, participants are responsible for ensuring they have proper internet connectivity, devices, and software.
- Misuse of online platforms (e.g., hacking attempts, inappropriate behavior) will result in immediate suspension.

Changes to Terms
Swiss New Era may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Services after changes indicates acceptance.
If you withdraw from your program, you will no longer be able to access the associated curriculum, and you will be removed from any associated Breathe For Change Educator Collective spaces or plans.
Your withdrawal will be processed accordingly depending upon the date of your form submission.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich.
